Turn every meeting into assigned tasks, on autopilot.

Every task discussed in a meeting lands in the right person's inbox about five minutes after the call ends. Nobody takes notes, and nobody chases anyone afterwards.

I built this for a client two months ago and it has saved them around 30 hours and a ton of headspace since. This is that exact workflow. Import it into n8n, set five things, and it runs itself. Free, no email.

What it does

  1. 01A new meeting-notes doc lands in your Drive folder.
  2. 02It waits a few minutes for the note-taker to finish writing.
  3. 03The AI reads the notes and pulls out every action item, who owns it, and how urgent it is.
  4. 04Each person gets their own to-do list on Slack, grouped by priority, with a link back to the full notes.

It works with any AI note-taker that saves to Google Drive - Google Meet + Gemini, Otter, Fireflies, tl;dv, and the rest.

How to use it

  1. Download the JSON above.
  2. In n8n, open a new workflow and choose Import from File.
  3. Read the coloured notes on the canvas, left to right - each one names what to change.
  4. Fill in the five placeholders and connect your own credentials.
  5. Turn it on. The next set of meeting notes routes itself.
