1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using centuryautomation.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Century Automation OÜ provides custom content automation consulting services. All projects are custom-quoted based on scope and requirements.

3. Free Consultation

The initial workflow audit call, the ROI analysis and proposal is provided free of charge with no obligation to purchase services.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing: Project pricing typically starts at $5,000 depending on complexity and scope. Final pricing is provided in a custom proposal after the audit call.

Payment Terms:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• 50% due upon project completion
• Payment accepted via bank transfer or Stripe

5. Project Timeline

Typical projects are completed within 2-4 weeks from the start date, depending on scope and complexity.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom workflows, databases, and systems built for you become your property upon final payment. You receive full documentation and access. Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, there are no ongoing licensing fees or subscription costs for the delivered systems.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Projects may be cancelled with 7 days written notice. The deposit is fully refundable if no work has begun. If work has begun, you will be charged only for work completed at the agreed hourly rate.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Century Automation OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
